charmed by the central location
convenient location helpful staff
the location was very convenient to many attractions. staff members were helpful, especially with directions (i asked a lot of questions!). i found the room clean and adequately sized for my needs. the rooftop terrace offered some beautiful views.
the elevator was a bit slow, which occasionally led to short waits. the spa had a slight odor. i think a more effective ventilation system would improve this.

the breakfast buffet included a sufficient range of options. i noticed fresh fruit, pastries, and also some hot dishes. juice and coffee were readily available (i liked the strong coffee!).

my room included a comfortable bed and a functional sofa. there were multiple windows, providing plenty of natural light. the mini-fridge was very useful for keeping drinks cold.

prime location short walk rooftop bar weak signal unresolved issue room wifi
the hotel had a prime location, just a short walk to the trevi fountain. i found the rooftop bar to be a good spot for a quiet drink. i was actually surprised by a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival.
the wifi in my room was not working when i arrived. i was directed to another wifi network, it had a weak signal. the internet issue remained unresolved for the duration of my three-night stay.

A few issues detected
excellent location good breakfast dark room broken pool
The location is excellent. I found several tourist sites within a short distance of the hotel. Breakfast was good, and Julia always asked if I needed anything.
The hotel could be brighter. I noticed that it felt quite dark. I asked to move to a brighter room, and the staff were accommodating, to their credit. I wasn't very impressed with the pool. it wasn't working. Nobody reported it to us until I arrived there.
